If you have provided comments these may be published. This will be done anonymously.

If you do not wish to be contacted further we will respect this at all times. If you have elected to be a Polls Apart media contact we will always contact you before passing on your details to any media organisation.

Statistics gathered through the Polls Apart research may be used in other disability campaigns. The copyright is retained by Scope.
